Order Policy

You may place an order with DiscipleGuide using one of the following methods:

Call: 800-333-1442

The following dates are the earliest you may place an order for the quarter and the date shipping will begin.

Spring Quarter - January 28 - Ships February 5
Summer Quarter - April 28 - Ships May 5
Fall Quarter - July 28 - Ships August 5
Winter Quarter - October 28 - Ships November 5

If an e-mail address is provided, you will be notified by e-mail the day the order ships, and it will include the tracking number if sent by UPS or FedEx.

When you receive your order, please check it against the invoice. If there are any discrepancies, please call our customer service department at 800-333-1442 or e-mail customerservice@discipleguide.org.

 

 

Return Policy

Effective May 1, 2014, all sales will be considered final. DiscipleGuide will gladly correct shipments and/or process exchanges for orders arriving with incorrect contents or quantities. All exchanges must include an authorization number from DiscipleGuide customer service (800-333-1442, customerservice@discipleguide.org). Third-party publisher products may not be returned and no refunds are available for downloadable products. Refunds can only be issued in the form of checks or account credit. We are not able to credit refunds to credit cards.

 

 

Standing Order Policy

When placing your order, please specify if you want to establish a standing order. We will need the following information:

•    Name of church
•    Billing address
•    Ship to name
•    Ship to address
•    Church account number
•    A daytime telephone number for the person who places orders and an e-mail address if available
•    Phone number for church

To make changes to a standing order during the year, the deadlines for each quarter are:

Spring - January 1
Summer - April 1
Fall - July 1
Winter - October 1

When you call concerning your order, please specify that you have a standing order.

When the order is shipped, you will receive an e-mail notification with the tracking number if shipped UPS or FedEx.
